Delivery Information

UK Orders

Fingerprint Kits and Handprint Kits are sent out by Royal Mail First Class Delivery within 2 working days from receiving your order and payment in full.  A SAE is included in the kit for you to return the prints to us.  This is included within the price of the Silver Jewellery.

All Finished Silver Jewellery Items will be sent by one of two options.  Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (£7.25) is an insured (up to £500) and trackable service and a signature will be required upon delivery.  Alternatively, you may choose to have the jewellery sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class Delivery (£4.60).  This is not an insured service and your jewellery may take a couple of days.  A signature will be required upon delivery.  It is recommended that you choose the Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery.

International Orders

Fingerprint Kits and Handprint Kits are sent out by Royal Mail International Airmail within 2 working days from receiving your order and payment in full.  This is included within the price of the Silver Jewellery.  Please note that the cost of returning the prints is to be met by the purchaser.  However, most return packages are light and weigh between 50g-100g. 

All Finished Silver Jewellery Items will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery (£12.50).  A signature will be required upon delivery. 

Please allow for reasonable delivery times following estimated production times.  Items cannot be tracked after leaving the UK.  Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes.  Charges may vary based on the contents of the order which are usually marked as 'GIFTS'.  Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information on current import regulations.  Incy Wincy Keepsakes does not take responsibility for delays in delivery.

Late/Non Arrival of Delivery

If your delivery is late or doesn't arrive within the quoted delivery timescale, please contact us by emailing incywincykeepsakes@gmail.com .  In the event of a non-delivery, we can only allow a replacement / refund after 20 working days have passed.  This is the timescale set by Royal Mail to classify a parcel as lost.

Checking the Delivery

Please make sure that you check your items as soon as possible after delivery.

Order Anomalies

Where possible, damaged goods and order anomalies should be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Out of Stocks/ Back Orders

In the event that a product is out of stock, we will contact you and give you the choice of a refund (including delivery costs), placement of the product on back order or an alternative product.

Product Cancellation & Returns

The following cancellation policy does not apply to personalised products, which are strictly non-refundable.  The only exception to this will be if the item is faulty or if we have incorrectly supplied the item which was ordered.  Please check the order carefully.  In the event that we have made a mistake, please contact us by emailing incywincykeepsakes@gmail.com or by telephone 029 2076 5304.

For non-personalised items, if you wish to cancel any order purchased via the on-line shop, you may do so up to 7 days after the date of delivery.  All notices of cancellation must be sent to Incy Wincy Keepsakes in writing.

If you cancel an order after delivery, the goods must be returned at your own expense to Incy Wincy Keepsakes within 14 days of your notification to cancel your order.

If you are unable to return the goods, you must make the goods available for collection upon request and within 14 days of your notification to cancel your order.  You will not be entitled to a refund of the original delivery charge.  We will be entited to charge you ( an equivalent amount to the delivery charge) for this collection.  These conditions will apply in the event of any discount/ special offer applied to delivery charges.

We will not be liable for any cost incurred in the return of cancelled goods.

In the event of cancellation, you will be advised to return all goods in the same condition as they were upon delivery.
