Upon ordering a Silver Jewellery piece, the following will take place.

For Silver Fingerprint Jewellery: A Fingerprint Kit will be dispatched to you within 1-2 days by Royal Mail First Class Delivery.  You take your child’s fingerprint in the supplied moulding putty.  There is enough putty for two attempts and we will choose the best one when we receive the fingerprint moulds back in the SAE. 

For Silver Handprint Jewellery: A Handprint Kit will be dispatched to you within 1-2 days by Royal Mail First Class Delivery.  You take your child’s handprint using the supplied inkless wipes and paper.  There is enough paper for several attempts and we will choose the best one when we receive the handprints back in the SAE. 

For Silver Artwork Jewellery:  You will be sent an email within 1-2 days requesting that you send us a copy of your child’s picture by post or email. 

For Silver Personalised Stamped Jewellery: Your Silver Jewellery will be made within 1-2 weeks of ordering. 

Turnaround time is usually 2-3 weeks but this may be longer during busy periods.  The finished Silver Jewellery will then be sent back to you by Royal Mail First Class Delivery - £4.60 (UNINSURED), Royal Mail Special Delivery - £7.25 (INSURED and RECOMMENDED) or Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery - £12.50 (UNINSURED).   Collection is free from Incy Wincy Keepsakes.
